Privacy policy
Who we are
The Sales Network is run by Nathan Kerr Sales Ltd, based in Glasgow, UK. We decide how your personal data is used, so we’re the “data controller”. For anything about your data, message us using the chat on this site, or reply to any message we’ve sent you.
What we collect
When you use this site or speak to us, we may collect: your name, email and phone number; your answers when you plan or book a call (for example where you are in sales and what you’ve set aside to invest); the time of any call you book; details you give us to get the playbook; messages you send us; and, with your agreement, recordings and notes of sales and coaching calls. If you become a client, we also keep your programme progress and Training Hub activity.
How we use it
To arrange and prepare for your call with Nathan; to send you the playbook and things you ask for; to remind you about your call and follow up by text, WhatsApp or email; to deliver coaching if you join; to improve our calls and training; and to measure how our adverts perform. We only use your data in ways you’d reasonably expect.
Our legal reasons
We rely on: taking steps you’ve asked for before a possible contract (booking and preparing your call); performing our contract with you (if you become a client); our legitimate interests in running and growing the business, balanced against your rights (follow-ups and improving our service); and your consent where it’s needed (such as recording calls or marketing cookies). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use trusted providers to run the business: HighLevel (contacts, bookings and messages), Framer and Vercel (this website and the client portal), Supabase (secure data storage), Zoom and Fathom (video calls and call recording), Meta (advertising and measurement, through the Meta Pixel on this site), and AI tools that power feedback in the Training Hub. Some of these are based outside the UK; where they are, they use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses the Meta Pixel to see which adverts lead to people downloading the playbook or booking a call. It may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
How long we keep it
If you don’t become a client, we keep your details for up to 2 years after we last spoke, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your records for 6 years after the programme ends, for legal and accounting reasons. Call recordings are kept no longer than needed for training and quality.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text, or message us using the chat on this site, and we’ll act within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
